Time for a Technology Audit: Self-Study to See Where You Stand

  • Description: Perhaps more than ever before, technology is a central, critical component of delivering on a school's mission. It's time to ask important technology questions to find long-term sustainability in pandemic-era strategies. Leveraging an internal self-study on the role of technology in programs and operations, the session demonstrates how to analyze school-wide initiatives, conduct strategic planning, help manage transitions, or assist in accreditation reviews. The session addresses risk mitigation and provide resources for samples and templates available for schools looking to fill in the missing pieces.
