Third Spaces Inside Out

  • Description: Supporting diverse learning styles requires different kinds of learning spaces. This includes a variety of indoor and outdoor, programmed and unprogrammed Third Spaces. To create the optimal environments requires us not only to think differently about space, but to program space in a different way. Participants will learn strategies to harvest space in order to create Third Spaces by presenting visualizations of concepts, benchmarking, and case studies.
