The Surprising Ways Students Use Spaces

  • Description: This is not your typical post occupancy presentation, but you will learn about how a post occupancy changed our perspective on how students use spaces and how we really need to think about design. Hear from educators, researchers and designers share the story of Austin ISD's first modernized school from their 2017 billion dollar bond. This session walks you through the process of a POE and how what we learned influences how we think.
