  • Description: In this session attendees will be exposed to the milestones, deliverables and lessons learned while creating a centralized Safety, Security & Emergency Preparedness Division in the 6th largest public school district in the nation following the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School tragedy. Brian Katz will explain the complexities and considerations involved with centralizing the Safety, Security and Emergency Preparedness functions.
